"BASE" is a comfortable place for our customers
7 minutes walk from the west exit of Shinjuku Station! It's along Otakibashi Street.
We chose Shinjuku because we wanted to open a store in a location that is easily accessible to many customers. It is within walking distance from the west exit of Shinjuku Station. It is located along Otakibashi-dori Street, so it is easy to find the way from the station. We want to be a store that can be a "BASE" (a place of refuge or belonging) for our customers, and we want to make it a comfortable place.

Greetings on the 4th anniversary of "Sake and Fish BASE"
Sake and Fish BASE, which opened on April 10, 2021, has successfully celebrated its 4th anniversary thanks to everyone's warm support.
We started out in the midst of the tough situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, and it wasn't always smooth sailing, but we have been able to get to where we are today thanks to the support of our customers, business partners, and staff who work hard alongside us. Thank you very much.
Over these past four years, we have had many encounters, learned many things, and grown many times. With the addition of new staff, Sake and Fish BASE will continue to work with even more humility in our fifth year. We will continue to cherish each and every day and do our best to be a restaurant that our customers can enjoy.

FOODS MENU
We offer seasonal dishes that go well with sake, which change daily.
We offer a wide variety of sake, carefully selected from various regions and brands. You can spend a luxurious time enjoying seasonal fish and vegetables with your sake at our spaciously spaced, relaxed counter or table seats. In addition to sake, we also offer a variety of drinks, including popular craft beers, highballs, and various types of chuhai.
Season Foods
Our main dishes are fish dishes using seasonal seafood, such as sashimi, grilled dishes, and simmered dishes. We offer a wide range of dishes, from delicacies to rare delicacies. Please enjoy seasonal seafood in its best season to your heart's content. We review our menu each time according to the season and the availability of stock, so you will never get bored of it. We hope that you will come to our restaurant many times and find a dish that is "just right" for you.
Select Drink
We have a selection of carefully selected drinks , including sake, craft beer, and sours, to go with our seasonal dishes . We always have around 30 types of sake in stock. Enjoy your drink however you like, whether that be with just your favorite brand or trying a little at a time from a variety of famous sakes. We also have shochu and other drinks, so please feel free to ask our staff.
OUR SERVICE
Atmosphere
It's a cozy place. The restaurant has an open space where you can feel the sunlight coming in through the large windows. There are 17 seats in total, including 9 at the counter and 2 tables that seat 4 people. We are open from the afternoon on Saturdays and Sundays, so you can relax on weekends and holidays. We look forward to your visit.
